No breakfast offered. Parking is limited and very tight, but some is also on the street outside the building. The room is very spacious.

It was close to the venue. The room was nice and spacious and clean. I like that it wasn’t carpeted. The name of the hotel was confusing I was looking for the name “ Americas Best Value”

Charming hotel within walking distance to Downtown and the beach. The bed was comfortable and I liked the space in the shower. Very helpful staff. Free parking a plus

The location was just excellent. It is a 10 minute to the San Clemente pier. Parking at the San Clement pier is difficult to find, so allow more time for this.

very convenient location, close enough to San Juan Capistrano. I loved the parking is in garage floor, so my car is safe and if it’s raining, you are not unpacking in the rain.
